🚚 Fast Delivery Policy

Items marked with the “Fast Delivery” label are guaranteed to arrive by the estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery timelines may change due to logistics conditions such as customs delays, inspections, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, the latest delivery date and refund timelines will be updated accordingly.

If your Fast Delivery order is delayed or disrupted, you are entitled to:

  • Coupon for Late Delivery – If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, you’ll receive a coupon within 48 hours.

  • Refund for Damaged Items – If your items arrive damaged, you can request a full refund.

  • Refund for Lost Packages – If your package is marked as “lost in transit”, you can apply for a refund. If it arrives later, you can keep it at no extra cost.

  • Refund for Non-Delivery after 30 Days – If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days after shipment, you may apply for a refund. If it arrives later, you may keep it free of charge.

📦 Standard Delivery (Non–Fast Delivery Items)

For items without the Fast Delivery label, if your order isn’t delivered within 60, 75, 90, or 120 days (depending on delivery conditions), you are eligible for a refund and may keep the item if it arrives later.

🔄 Free Returns

  • If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within the order protection period.

  • The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).

  • If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts/accessories, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the item’s reduced value.

💰 30-Day Price Adjustment Guarantee

If the price of an item you purchased drops in your country/region within 30 days of your order, we’ll refund you the difference.
Note: Promotional items, clearance products, or discontinued stock may not qualify for this guarantee.
